Hello Cottonwood Friends and Fans -

First of all, Cottonwood Coffee will be three years old this weekend! That is a major benchmark in small business, so we are celebrating by offering numerous specials all weekend. We also have special birthday cupcakes...while supplies last! So stop down Saturday and Sunday.

The Bistro is running a special for dinner on Friday and Saturday this weekend: have a complimentary glass of wine when you buy two entrees. Our wine list is really exceptional (so is our food!) so this should be a great chance to try something new.

Also, we have a few upcoming music performances. Charlie Parr is coming on Tuesday the 14th (8pm) and The Long Rattling Chain is coming on Sunday the 19th (7:30pm). Both shows should really be great. Cottonwood Bistro now serving dinner!

Wow. It has taken me a looong time to use this tool, but this is great news! Cottonwood Bistro is now serving a great dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. From 6-midnight every Friday and Saturday you can enjoy some great Authentic American cuisine along with a hand-picked beer and wine selection.

Our menu ranges from some of the standards you've seen at the Bistro before...handmade thin-crust pizzas, local grass fed beef burgers with hand cut baked fries, antipasta appetizer plates, etc. We have also brought on some great new entrees too. Shrimp and grits, salmon with wild rice pilaf, grass fed beef sirloin or T-bone, half hen, polenta and ragu, and the list menu is always changing. We are trying to utilize as much local, seasonal food as possible. Right now we are offering a special on Bam Biere farmhouse ale (top 25 American beers) with a fresh radish plate! That might sound wild, but it is out of this world.

Stop down and see for yourself! We also have a lovely outdoor patio that is really nice right now with the beautiful evenings. Reservations welcome, but not necessary....yet!

Just when my self feels empty. Well after I've pondered to the point of paralysis. Enters clarity. Enters life again. And for that I give thanks to the Universe. For friends committed enough to till the land instead of trample it. Wise enough to plant seeds while others consume the harvest.
